Is Dream Tour Planner a scam?

Specifically I don't recommend this company 👎

First of all, this is just a small commission based company situated in Delhi which just plans the tours by booking hotels and hiring cars from other contractors. They neither have their own cars, drivers nor any good experience in planning the tour. 

We customized our tour to discover other tourist spots situated on the way as we had enough days to cover the route and they sent a travel itinerary for the same. 

The tour package they offer may seem to be budget friendly and their website may look interesting (which influenced my family to try this company) but they offered a lot of suffering instead.

Now the problems:

1. The tour started from Delhi airport where the driver came and dropped us at the designated hotel (Haridwar) at 3 am in morning. With half asleep mode, we prepared to go to Ganga snaan at Har Ki Pauri, Haridwar at 8 am in the morning according to the itinerary (travel plan which they gave) but the driver declined it. We thought it would get covered at the end of the trip when we would come here again at Haridwar. Then came Lakshman Jhula where he tells us that it is closed for construction and so we were not able to take just a slight glimpse of it. Now we saw the rafting posters and shops coming up and wanting to at least do that , we demanded the driver to stop there. He said that he knows only about taking only to the Char Dhams and none other place and will not wait for us here. After getting fed up with his behavior we complained about him and got him changed and the trip continues. 

2. They claimed that the accommodation they are going to provide is Deluxe but after we visited that they were just poor - average hotels where they didn't even provide basic towels and soap and with no amenities.

3. The second driver was a very rough driver who never avoided any pot holes, took very sharp turns where our heads banged against windows several times. I think we were going to get nearly crashed about 4-5 times. 

4. The driver demanded about ₹2000-3000 if we tell him to go to the pilgrimage site which is just 4-5 km away from the route. 

5. Also we experienced that we were getting food late than other people. One of the incidents was that late at night 10 p.m. , they told us they will serve us the food after the ongoing party of the other guests is finished. Is it that they were going to give us their dinner leftovers !? 

6. We had offered driver the lunch, tea nearly everyday (from ourselves, not included in package) but still he was not satisfied. He kept asking money for liquor which he needed for nights. After dropping he would never respond neatly that when we have to leave next morning or other questions, he would rather ask for more money. 

7. We devotees come to worship God whereas these people just ask ransom for liquor and make fun of us. 

8. We had completed visiting the dhams but at last the driver had to make some dramas, we said that we also want to go to Mussoorie but the driver declines again. After discussing with the company for half an hour, he then takes us there reluctantly. On our return journey he starts by telling us that the brakes failed, fiercely shaking the steering wheel, taking sharp turns and cuts around other cars, drives while turning the headlights on and off randomly, leaving his hands off the steering wheel and clapping, and taking 4 hours to travel 80 km.

9. We again got fed up with the behaviour of this driver and changed again. We spent our own money and visited Har Ki Pauri via rickshaw.

10. We asked Dream Tour Planner for a 3rd driver to pick up from Haridwar at 11:00 a.m. and drop at Delhi. Due to their negligence, the car came at 1:30 p.m., stopped at the gas station 2 times for refueling C.N.G., stopped to eat lunch, which led us to missing the pre booked train tickets and newly booked flight ticket and lost ₹50,000. Afterwards, we had to spend separate money for four more days.
